Returns and Refund Policy

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

You don’t love the product you purchased? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase don’t worry, we are happy to accept your returns and /or help you exchange it for something else. We will accept your returns or exchanges for up to 30 days of the date of purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be included in the original package.

Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Please contact thefestiveshop@gmail.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange and/or return. When we receive your email, we will reply with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item and your return is approved, we will refund your original payment method within 13 business days.

 

The return fee is CAD$9.99 and will be deducted from the final return amount after you receive the return. This fee does not apply when exchanging the product.

Refunds will be processed within 13 business days of receiving the returned item at our shop.

 

Credit card refunds typically take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Oops, mistakes happen. If an incorrect or damaged item  got shipped  , we will do our best to rectify the situation.

The transit times listed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for shipments arriving after the scheduled delivery time. Refunds may be made if domestic baggage is deemed “lost” by the USPS, FedEx, or UPS. For US shipments, the package is considered “lost” after 30 days.

 

Lost international cargo is not covered by this policy. Luggage stolen from the pouch or PO Box is not covered by this policy. No refunds will be given for traceable shipments marked as “delivered”.
